How much are my cartridges worth?

The value of your redundant ink or toner cartridge is dictated by the individual product code and its condition.

To make life simple, we have implemented an ABC grading system which will enable you to easily identify which grade your cartridge falls into:

• Grade A: Brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged, in the original and current retail packaging. 6+ months remaining shelf life is required on the use by date (this applies to ink cartridges only)
• Grade B: Brand new, unused, unopened, in the original and current retail packaging with minor cosmetic defects to the packaging (such as label damage or writing on the box). Or, brand new, unused and unopened in their original but out of date retail packaging. Less than 6 months remaining on the expiry date or expired (this applies to ink cartridges only).
• Grade C: An unused item that is either missing its original packaging or which has been opened and no longer sealed. This grade of product also includes items in their original but out of date retail packaging that has cosmetic defects (such as label damage or writing on the box).
